Eligibility for Undergraduate Scholarship:

1. Applicants must be international students. Note: The scholarship is intended for international students who are non-Indonesian citizens and hold a foreign passport.
2. A scanned copy of a valid international passport.

4. Motivation Letter
5. Scanned copies of high school academic transcripts/reports (Semester 1–5)
6. An English proficiency certificate (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS) with one of the following minimum scores, if available: TOEFL ITP 500, TOEFL iBT 61, or IELTS 6.0.
7. An academic aptitude certificate (i.e., SAT) with a minimum score of 1000, if available.
8. Scanned certificates of the three most prestigious academic achievements obtained by the applicant.

Eligibility for Master Scholarship:

1. Applicants must be international students. Note: The scholarship is intended for international students who are non-Indonesian citizens and hold a foreign passport.
2. Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Science, or related disciplines).
3. Meet the academic and English proficiency requirements of UGM (bachelor’s degree CGPA of 3.25 (out of 4) and TOEFL of min 550 or equivalent).
4. Demonstrate strong motivation and academic excellence.
5. Two confidential recommendations written by two individuals (nominated by the applicant) who are well acquainted with the applicant’s previous educational endeavors, such as their academic supervisors or other authorities, including the applicant’s employer.
6. Research proposal expressing applicants’ research interest.
