MECHATRONICS AND ROBOTICS

Mechatronics and Robotics deal with the integration of mechanical and electrical engineering with the objective of achieving a cost-effective, optimal balance between mechanical structure and their overall control. Mechatronics integrates electronics, controls and computers in the design of high performance systems at lower costs. Research topics in the Mechatronics and Robotics area include the followings :

  • Robotics
  • 3D Printings
  • Kinematics and synthesis of mechanisms
  • Human-robot interactions
